Samuelz® is a Munich-based chauffeur service for critical and decisive moments.
We organise executive transportation in Munich city and at Munich Airport (MUC) with Mercedes-Benz vehicles and professional chauffeurs.
By accessing or utilizing any Samuelz® service, the client acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions in full. Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing agreement to the most current version of these Terms.

Service designed for reliable, quiet and discreet movements on important days.
We specialise in Munich city and Munich Airport (MUC).
We do not offer shared shuttles, taxis, busses or low-cost transfers.
Standard vehicle: Mercedes-Benz van (V-Class or similar), up to 6 passengers.
For groups larger than 6 passengers, we use two or more vans in parallel.
All vehicles are non-smoking and suitable for business and VIP guests.
Our rate is €249 per service hour and vehicle; minimum booking is 3 hours per vehicle.
Time is counted from the booked start time until the vehicle is released at the final stop; billing is in full hours (e.g. 3.1 hours → 4 hours).
Service area included in this rate: Munich city and Munich Airport (MUC).
For services outside this area or for special requests (long-distance, overnight, extra vehicles), we provide a separate quote.
All prices are in EUR. VAT will be added where legally required.

Standard parking and tolls within Munich city and MUC.
Basic waiting time within the booked hours.
Additional hours beyond the confirmed estimate.
Extra stops, itinerary changes or additional vehicles requested by the client.
Exceptional charges such as special parking fees, road closures, extra tolls, or out-of-area trips – these will be discussed with you whenever possible in advance.
If your schedule changes significantly on the day, we may need to extend the booking and charge additional hours at the same hourly rate.
To request a booking, we usually need: Date(s); Time(s); Pickup address; Destination(s); Passenger name(s); Billing details and contact e-mail.
Once we confirm availability, you will receive a written confirmation with: Date and time; Addresses; Passenger name(s); Number of vehicles; Estimated service hours and price; Payment and cancellation terms.
Only the written confirmation counts as a firm booking.
A credit card on file is required to secure the booking.
The card on file is charged automatically: single-day services 24 hours before the first pickup time; multi-day programs / events 7 days before the first service.
For higher amounts (for example above €5,000) credit card limits can be an issue. In this case we offer: split payments (e.g. two charges on the same or different cards), and/or bank transfer (wire) instead of card.
The booking is considered secured once payment has been received (card charge successful or bank transfer credited).
By prior agreement, existing corporate clients may pay by invoice with standard payment terms instead of card.
Free cancellation: up to 24 hours before the first pickup time.
24 hours or less: 100% of the booked service is charged.
Free cancellation: up to 7 days before the first service.
Less than 7 days: 100% of the total program is charged.
If you cancel after the free period or do not show up, the vehicles and chauffeurs have been reserved exclusively for you; therefore the full amount remains due.
We understand that plans can change, especially around flights and events.
Whenever there is a change, we aim to confirm any additional cost with you as early as possible.
Small changes (time shift within the same day, minor routing changes) – we will accommodate them where possible, and they may result in extra hours being billed.
We monitor flight information where possible and will adjust the pickup accordingly within reasonable limits. Significant delays may require extra waiting time to be billed.
If the passenger does not appear at the agreed location and we cannot reach the contact person: we wait a reasonable time (for example up to 60 minutes at the airport, 15 minutes in the city).
If there is still no contact, the service is considered completed and 100% of the booking is charged.
To provide reliable service, we may perform the transportation with our own vehicles and chauffeurs or through carefully selected partner chauffeur companies who meet our standards in terms of vehicle quality, licensing and professionalism.
In both cases, Samuelz® remains your single point of contact and is responsible for coordinating the service according to your booking.
All passengers must wear seat belts where provided.
We do not allow smoking or illegal substances in the vehicle.
Luggage must be safely stored; if you have unusual or oversized luggage, please inform us in advance so we can confirm that it fits a Mercedes-Benz van.
If a passenger causes damage or excessive cleaning effort (e.g. vomiting in the vehicle), the client may be charged for the actual cost of repair or cleaning.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Samuelz® shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our liability in all cases is limited to the total amount of the service fee paid, except in instances of intentional misconduct or gross negligence under German law.
The client agrees to indemnify and hold Samuelz® harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of misuse of our services, including damages caused to vehicles or third parties by the client or their accompanying passengers.
Samuelz® is dedicated to safeguarding personal data. Information is collected and processed solely for the purpose of providing and enhancing our services, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Samuelz® shall not be held liable or deemed in breach of contract for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, pandemics, or severe traffic disruptions.
Samuelz® reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The amended Terms shall be effective upon publication. Continued use of services after such publication shall constitute acceptance.
These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Munich, unless mandatory law dictates otherwise.
Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Samuelz® and the client.
